Shake the bottle. Before shampooing, apply Z3 Energy directly to critical areas where the hair structure is severely thinning and the skin is most oily. Massage in carefully. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then proceed with the specific S3 Energy shampoo. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
